2025 — Restoration complete

The Direct Classics project on the 1979 Volvo 262C Bertone was completed in 2025. The finished car retains the distinctive character of Volvo’s rare Bertone-built luxury coupé while benefiting from the mechanical, bodywork and preservation work carried out during the project.

For the last update, I would also use a strong finished-car featured image. That way the timeline visually progresses from workshop/restoration photographs into the completed car.
